Magick Thoughts Without Christ

Satan is tricky.

As we delve deeper into the mysteries, we begin to realize that there is more to this world than meets the eye.

We begin to understand that there are forces at work that are beyond our comprehension, and that these forces can be harnessed for our own benefit if we will.

  • There are hidden powers and energies in the universe that we can tap into for our own purposes.
  • These forces may be spiritual, psychic, or supernatural in nature, and may require specialized knowledge or practices to access.
  • Techniques or rituals such as meditation, visualization, or energy work can help us harness these forces for our own benefit.
  • Practices such as divination, spellcraft, or ritual magic can connect us with the energies of the universe and bring about positive change in our lives.
  • The occult requires dedication, discipline, and a deep respect for the forces we are working with.
  • We must approach these practices with humility and a willingness to learn, and always be mindful of the potential consequences of our actions.

Through the practice of magick, we can tap into these forces and use them to manifest our desires.

Magic with a “K”?

The alternate spelling separates the spiritual practice from the fictional magic of fantasy novels and films.

Aleister Crowley, a 20th-century esotericist, popularized the spelling with a “k” to differentiate his practice from stage magic.

Crowley defined magick as “the Science and Art of causing Change to occur in conformity with Will”.

Pagan Magick

In Paganism, magick refers to the ritualization of one’s spiritual intentions, and it is not about cultivating supernatural powers but rather aligning oneself with natural forces to manifest an intention.

Wiccan Magick

In Wicca and certain other belief systems, magick refers to action or effort undertaken to effect personal transformation or external change.

The Significance Of The 4 Elements

The four elements of fire, water, air, and earth are critical to magick as they represent states of consciousness.

The ancient Greek philosophers believed that all matter in the universe was made up of combinations of these elements.

Fire represents the igniting impulse of thought and will.

Water represents the receptive impulse of thought and emotions.

Air represents the intellect and reason.

Earth represents the aspect of the mind that is manifested as our body and the physical world.

Balancing these elements is crucial for success in magick and can be achieved through classical magical rituals and meditations.

Understanding the elements and how they manifest in one’s psyche and world is essential for a deeper understanding of magick and working with one’s consciousness.

We can call upon the spirits of the elements, the ancestors to aid us in our endeavors.

Here are some Bible verses that mention "elemental spirits" or "elemental principles":

Galatians 4:3 - "In the same way we also, when we were children, were enslaved to the elementary principles of the world."

- Galatians 4:9 - "But now that you have come to know God, or rather to be known by God, how can you turn back again to the weak and worthless elementary principles of the world, whose slaves you want to be once more?"

- Colossians 2:8 - "See to it that no one takes you captive by philosophy and empty deceit, according to human tradition, according to the elemental spirits of the world, and not according to Christ."
- Colossians 2:20 - "If with Christ you died to the elemental spirits of the world, why, as if you were still alive in the world, do you submit to regulations—"
- Hebrews 5:12 - "For though by this time you ought to be teachers, you need someone to teach you again the basic principles of the oracles of God. You need milk, not solid food,"

(Note: the phrase "basic principles" here is translated from the Greek word "stoicheia," which can also mean "elemental spirits.")

Divination

We can use divination to gain insight into the future and present, and we can perform rituals to honor the cycles of the moon and the seasons.

Lunar Cycle

The lunar cycle, lasting for twenty-nine and a half days, has been an integral part of ceremonies, traditions, and practices in cultures worldwide.

While the moon has its share of Ancestral Magick and legends, research has sought to find a scientific correlation between the moon’s cycles and those of living things.

The moon’s waxing and waning phases have revealed much about the best time to plant or harvest, melatonin release, and the timing of female reproductive cycles.

By applying this knowledge to our lives, we can establish a conscious connection with nature. Creating rituals to honor the new and full moon is a powerful way to celebrate the earth’s sacred satellite.

As we delve deeper into the mysteries of the unknown, it is important to remember that our actions have consequences.

The spiritual realm operates on a different level than the physical world, and we must always be mindful of the impact our actions can have on others.

Using occult practices to manipulate or control others leads to negative karma.

It is also important to respect the independence of others and not attempt to force our will upon them. We must always remember that we are part of a larger web of life, and that our actions have consequences that ripple outwards: Cause and Effect.

We journey through the shadows and the light, so we must remain vigilant and aware. We must be open to the guidance of the spirits, and we must be willing to confront our own darkness in order to grow and evolve.

For those who are called to the path of the occult, the journey is never-ending. The occult is a journey of learning, understanding, and exploring hidden aspects of reality beyond the material world includes practices such as astrology, clairvoyance, magic, telepathy, transitive states, witchcraft, and shamanism.

There is always more to learn, more to discover, and more to experience. But with each step we take, we become more attuned to the mysteries of the universe, and more in tune with our own true nature.
